Vessel Arrest Systems has developed both a Dynamic Underway and Static Product Portfolio of approved vessel stopping products to meet today's Less Than Lethal requirements. Our work began in 2003 under a direct UK Government Home Office programme, and everything we have built since has grown from that original mandate.
Our Managing Director has led the company since its inception, steering the product design and development process within the Home Office team and carrying that expertise forward into every system we manufacture today. That continuity of leadership and institutional knowledge is rare in this sector — and it shows in the reliability and credibility of our systems.
Our team is drawn from a diverse background of Military Veterans, Engineers and Scientists. This multi-disciplinary blend is not incidental — it is the foundation of our capability. Every product we build reflects decades of combined operational and technical expertise, applied directly to the challenges our clients face.
Operational expertise and real-world theatre experience informing every product decision and deployment strategy.
Precision engineering underpinning every launcher, boom, and fence system — designed for reliability in demanding maritime environments.
Research and innovation capability developed within the Home Office programme, now driving continued advancement across our product portfolio.
Our focus is entirely client-based, shaped by their operational demands and the specific environmental conditions of their maritime domain. No two deployments are the same, and we do not approach them as if they are.
Meeting and delivering beyond expectation is our goal — with manufacturing, delivery, training, and through-life support included in every engagement. From conception in 2003 to today, we meet the challenges head on with our clients and keep delivering.
Every system configured to the specific demands and environment of the client.
End-to-end production and logistics managed to the highest standards.
Comprehensive operator training and ongoing support throughout system lifetime.
